Target has updated their Price Matching Policy. Find the new one here. The biggest changes are that it clarifies that you CAN use 1 Target coupon and 1 manufacturer's coupon on the same item. It also clarifies that they will NOT price match timed sales such as doorbusters, early bird specials, etc.
