Gather the names and numbers of the vendors you use to upkeep your home- here is your reference page!
Set up a table in Excel or on a sheet of lined paper: name/area, number, how often to use them. Also leave some blank as you get new contacts- repair services, yard service, fumigation contacts, etc. You can also put a date for the last time you had them come do their service, then you'll know if you're current.
