When I get reward dollars or gift cards for purchases at a store, I make sure to use it on another purchase right away since I don't know how soon it will be until I get back. Walgreen's Register Rewards expire 2 weeks from when you receive them, so it's best not to hang on to them if possible. When I get coupons back from store purchases (usually the same as an item I bought- cereal, formula, deodorant), those will have a month before expiring.
