LEFT OVERS!!
** if I don't designate to eat what's in the fridge already, I end up throwing it out by trash day the next week. I don't necessarily eat the left overs but my hubby does!**
Sunday:
Crockpot: Pork Chops and Roasted potatoes

Interpretation....that's the best way I've found to beat the missing ingredient blues.... add what you have...my family thinks I'm the most creative cook ever! LOL
