Garlic Chipped Chicken

I am writing this in participation of the "Over-used Recipe Swap" on Simply Modern Mom.

This recipe is perfect for using the potato chip remainders at the bottom of the bag- need about 1/4 a bag to do this.

Garlic Chipped Chicken (serves 2)
Can be easily multiplied.

2 thawed boneless chicken breasts.
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
Garlic salt
Potato chips crushed very fine.

Use a nonstick spray to coat a small Pyrex baking dish.
Place butter or margarine in dish; place in oven and turn oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter or margarine then remove dish from oven. Rinse chicken and pat dry; dip into butter then coat with potato chips. Place chicken in the pan. Pour remaining potato chips on top of chicken. Bake at 40 minutes 350 degrees.
